Consultation held by DDCI in November 2001 with a number of Debt Campaigners Globally

The aims of the consult were threefold:

  • To clarify the strategies of different debt groups and networks in the current context

  • To clarify the positions held by different groups and networks on HIPC

  • To clarify the different positions help by different groups on PRSP
Nineteen campaigns and groups were interviewed including 16 national campaigns and 3 networks. Seven of the national campaigns are from Southern countries and 5 are Northern campaigns.
